The obvious one is lazing on the beach just 75m from your door. You can also do it with your furbaby as the beach is a designated dog beach.

Enjoy a drink whilst watching the sunset on the beach.

Skiing or boating activities to the right with a boat ramp access just 200m down the road from the property and a bech side bike path leads to Busselton Jetty one way and Old Dunsborough in the other direction.

There are plenty of internationally known wineries, boutique breweries, gourmet cheese, olive & chocolate factories conveniently dotted throughout the gorgeous countryside.
Take a drive through the Boyanup Forrest and discover the many galleries and some of our amazing southwest coastline including Canal Rocks, Smiths Beach, Yallinyup, Injidup and Meelup all easily accessible.

Take a whale watching tour (seasonal).
​
Visit the newly refurbished Busselton Jetty with the underwater observatory located at the end of the jetty.

Do some diving in and around the area.
​
Snorkling at Meelup Beach in Dunsborough.
​
Do a spot of fishing from either the beach, the jetty or on a boat.
​
Enjoy a meal and drinks at SHELTER down by the jetty.

Surfs up at Smiths Beach, Yallinyup, Injidup, Margaret River main break and Gracetown .

Take a ride (or walk if you like) along the cycle path (just 50m from the house) to Dunsborough or Port Geographe. You can stop at the resorts for a drink or meal along the way.

Shopping in abundance from Margaret River, Dunsborough or Busselton central.

Visit the markets on just about every weekend in various locations around the area.

Go to the movies.
​
Enjoy a round of mini golf, 3 par golf or archery.

Climb the trees and do some ziplining.
​
Walk part ( or all ) of the Cape to Cape track.
​
For the kiddies, visit X-Scape, Sunflower Animal Farm, Busselton Jetty or Country Life Farm where you can feed the animals, play in the Jungle Gym and much more.
